Crossroads (Richmond, VA; Oct.25)

We were back at Crossroads for another hometown Friday night.  I had recovered from my cold and had my voice back, but this time we were handicapped by Dacey's fractured finger -- the ringfinger on his fretting hand.  I'm starting to think there may be a curse on us at Crossroads...

Anyway, we managed to play a full show, even though we didn't have an opening act this time.  Dacey was a trooper and played bass with a splint on the bad finger -- and he did a damn fine job!

It was nice to see our friends Megan and Joe in the audience.  Otherwise, it was all new faces out there -- and it's fun to see strangers enjoying our music.  Highlight:  the couple that got up to slow-dance when we played "Time after Time."
